Long-term health effects are expected in retirement community
ASPEN, CO, July 20, 2011- Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik & Associates LLP, a New York City based law firm and Aspen, Colorado based Thomas|Genshaft LLP filed a Class Action lawsuit on behalf of Battlement Mesa residents today. A copy of the Complaint accompanies this release.
The Class Action Complaint alleges that Antero Resources and several of its subcontractors in their natural gas drilling operations may cause acute and long term health problems and devalue real estate property in Battlement Mesa.
