Daniel Ferreira
Prior to becoming an associate at Napoli Bern & Ripka, LLP, Mr. Ferreira worked on International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration cases at several firms including Skadden Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom, LLP; Wilmerhale, LLP; Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP.
Mr. Ferreira graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007, after which he participated in a fellowship at the Center for Reproductive Rights dealing with human rights cases and drafting petitions for submission to the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women.
During law school, Mr. Ferreira participated in the Willem Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition, receiving honorable mention for his Claimant’s brief, and the Cardozo Securities Arbitration Clinic, concentrating his studies in International and Corporate law.
Mr. Ferreira is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.
