OVERVIEW

Bora Song is an attorney in our Asbestos and Products Liability Departments working out of the Los Angeles office. She handles virtually all phases of litigation including, but not limited to, pleadings, discovery, motions, briefing, and trial preparation.

While in law school, Ms. Song served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and was a Member of the San Diego International Law Journal. Additionally, she completed three Certified Legal Internships with the San Diego County District Attorney's Office, where she wrote motions and made court appearances on both felony and misdemeanor matters in the Gangs Unit, Superior Court Division, and the Motions Department. Ms. Song was also a Law Clerk with Robbins, Geller, Rudman & Dowd, where she worked on Plaintiff's class action lawsuits.

Further, Ms. Song previously worked as a Post-Bar Law Clerk with McCune & Harber LLP, where she managed discovery on all of the firm's employment cases in federal, state, and administrative courts. Prior to law school, she was a Litigation Paralegal with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind & Wharton LLP in New York City.
