Marc I. Willick
OVERVIEW
Mr. Willick, the Partner overseeing our Los Angeles office, is a graduate of Loyola Law School. Marc’s practice is concentrated in Plaintiffs’ personal injury and products liability litigation. Since 2006, Marc has participated in the trials of seven asbestos trials as first and second chair. In 2008, the SuperLawyers organization recognized him as a Rising Star. Marc launched his private practice in El Segundo, California in 2010 and joined Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik, LLP in 2011.
RECENT CASES OF NOTE
In 2009 Marc was a trial chair with Waters & Kraus in Cundiff v. Alfa Laval et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC390398, where he achieved a $12.1 million jury verdict for a Navy machinist mate with mesothelioma, an incurable cancer caused by asbestos, and for the machinist mate's wife.
