Stephanie R. Phillips
OVERVIEW
Stefanie Phillips handles mass tort pharmaceutical litigation. Her practice mainly focuses on representing women and their children who suffered birth related injuries due to the mother’s use of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) anti-depressants or anti-seizure medications during pregnancy. In addition, Ms. Phillips also represents clients whose use of diabetes medications Avandia and Actos resulted in heart attack, stroke, bladder cancer or death. In addition to working directly with clients, Ms. Phillips also works closely with 9/11 affiliated charitable organizations as a liaison for the firm’s philanthropic contributions.
Ms. Phillips attended the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables where she graduated magna cum laude in 2010. While in law school, she competed as a member of the Mock Trial team. She also acted as a Street Lawyer, teaching law and legal subjects to high school students in Miami.
