Benjamin H. Adams
OVERVIEW
Benjamin H. Adams is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Asbestos and Product Liability Departments working out of the Los Angeles office. He handles all phases of pre-trial litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefing, and trial preparation. After law school, and before joining NBRS, Mr. Adams worked as an associate attorney at a bankruptcy and business litigation firm in San Diego.
Mr. Adams earned his Juris Doctor from University of San Diego School of Law where he received the Cali Award for the highest grade in the class in UCC Sales and Leases of Goods. While in law school, Mr. Adams interned at the USD Special Education Clinic and at a law firm in San Diego specializing in employment law and workers’ compensation matters.
Mr. Adams is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of California.
