In June 2004, Ron Eddins and Clay Carroll obtained a $10 million jury verdict against Ford Motor Company in Brazoria County, Texas. Additionally, Clay has participated in many trials involving the wrongful death of individuals resulting from asbestos exposure.

Prior to joining Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik & Associates LLO, Clay was a senior associate at Eddins Law Firm, an associate at Simon, Eddins and Greenstone, LLP, partner in The Carroll Law Firm, P.C. and was previously associated with Waters & Kraus, LLP, Foster & Sear, LLP, and Silber Pearlman, LLP, where his practice centered on toxic tort and catastrophic injury and death cases.
