

Clay B. Carroll
OVERVIEW
Clay B. Carroll is an associate of Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik & Associates, LLP. Clay received his B.B.A. degree in Business Management in 1995 from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He received a Masters of Business Administration from Samford University and received his Juris Doctorate from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in 2000.
Clay is licensed to practice law in Texas (2001) and California (2009) and represents clients in cases involving product liability, asbestos litigation, premises liability, trial law, and wrongful death. In September 2010, Clay was trial counsel for a wrongful death case that obtained a $27,505,937.00 jury verdict against John Crane Inc. in Brazoria County, Texas. In June 2004, Ron Eddins and Clay Carroll obtained a $10 million jury verdict against Ford Motor Company in Brazoria County, Texas. Additionally, Clay has participated in many trials involving the wrongful death of individuals resulting from asbestos exposure.
Prior to joining Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik & Associates LLO, Clay was a senior associate at Eddins Law Firm, an associate at Simon, Eddins and Greenstone, LLP, partner in The Carroll Law Firm, P.C. and was previously associated with Waters & Kraus, LLP, Foster & Sear, LLP, and Silber Pearlman, LLP, where his practice centered on toxic tort and catastrophic injury and death cases.
