PHILADELPHIA, July 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- A panel of experts, including plaintiff and defense attorneys, will join chairs Marc Bern of Napoli Bern Ripka LLP and Joshua Becker of Alston & Bird LLP to discuss the latest on hydraulic fracturing (fracking) litigation, Tom Hagy, CEO of HB Litigation Conferences, producer of the program, has announced.
