Kevin J. Lawner
OVERVIEW
Kevin J. Lawner is an associate in the Environmental Litigation Department of the firm. His practice focuses on plaintiffs' mass tort litigation, concentrating on helping people, corporate entities and municipalities harmed by natural gas drilling operations, chemical and petroleum spills and exposure to hazardous water and air contaminants. Before joining the firm, he represented corporate clients and municipalities in environmental disputes, transactions and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
Mr. Lawner also worked as Managing Editor of the Bloomberg Environmental Law Reporter, where he was responsible for drafting and editing scholarly articles for publication on a wide array of environmental issues.
