Mr. Dubanevich, an Associate with the firm, is admitted to practice in the Courts of the States of New York (2003) and New Jersey (2003), as well as the United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (2005). He holds pro hac vice appointment in the State of Florida. Mr. Dubanevich graduated from the Pace University School of Law in 2002 with a certificate in Environmental Law in addition to his J.D. and from Harpur College of the State University Of New York at Binghamton, B.A. in Economics. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Environmental Law and Torts Sections; the American Bar Association; the Association of the Bar of the City of New York; the New York State Trial Lawyers' Association; the New York County Lawyers Association and the New York Committee for Occupational Safety and Health, Law Committee. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Mr. Dubanevich, was Director of Safety and health for the New York State Building and Construction Trades' Council, AFL-CIO, Director of the Hudson Valley regional Office for the New York Committee on Occupational Safety and Health, and President of Hudson Environmental Services. He is an Occupational Safety and Health Administration Construction Outreach Instructor, and has developed Occupational and Environmental regulatory compliance programs for labor and industry and lectured on the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, (CERCLA), Clean Water Act (CWA) and OSHA standards.
