Trasylol Sales Likely to Slow

March 08, 2006

Bayer board member Wolfgang Plischke said at a news conference Monday that sales of the company's blood loss drug Trasylol are likely to slow down after the announcement of a study linking Trasylol to serious side effects, including the degenerative brain disease encephalopathy. The company hopes the drug will soon be approved for use during hip replacement surgery.

If you or a loved one has been injured by Trasylol, it may be important to contact a Trasylol lawyer to protect your legal rights.
