Thomas Sidoti
Tom Sidoti is a 2004 graduate of Rutgers University and a 2007 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to the practice of law in both New York and New Jersey. As a law student, Mr. Sidoti's research on education law and legislation was cited by John B. Wefing in his biography of New Jersey Governor and Chief Justice Richard Hughes, The Life and Times of Richard J. Hughes: The Politics of Civility. After law school, he served a one year term as Law Clerk to the Honorable Kenneth J. Slomienski, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Judge Slomienski presided over family and matrimonial cases and as a law clerk, Mr. Sidoti assisted in all aspects of the judicial process; he has also served as a mediator in civil cases. Before practicing in asbestos law, Mr. Sidoti gained extensive litigation experience practicing in the areas of matrimonial law and criminal defense.
