As you may have heard in news reports over the past few days, we have reached an Amended Settlement Process Agreement with the City of New York and its Contractors. When the Amended Settlement Agreement was presented to the Court on June 10, 2010, Judge Hellerstein responded by saying that he believed this was a very good settlement and that he encouraged all eligible plaintiffs to accept the benefits offered them under this agreement. You can read about the changes included in this updated settlement, as well as the statements by Liaison Counsel Paul Napoli, Judge Hellerstein and Former Special Master of the 9/11 Victim's Compensation Fund, Kenneth Feinberg, at our website: http://www.877wtchero.com.
