James S. Paglinawan
OVERVIEW
Associate James S. Paglinawan is a member of our medical malpractice team. Prior to becoming an attorney, he spent almost seven years caring for patients as a Registered Nurse specializing in emergency and critical care. After law school, and before joining NBR, Mr. Paglinawan worked as an associate attorney at two other plaintiffs’-bar law firms where he litigated medical malpractice cases involving catastrophic injuries and pharmaceutical products liability cases.
As an experience Registered Nurse, Mr. Paglinawan is equipped with medical knowledge necessary to litigate complex medical malpractice cases effectively as well as the sensitivity and compassion necessary to effectively represent injured clients. Mr. Paglinawan believes that his nursing background helps him to appreciate how injuries from someone's negligence affect people and change lives forever.
